Our practice (KEIKO) is led by Fumitaka Kobayashi 6th Dan, our chief instructor.
Takeo Matsuura 5th Dan also teaches by turns as instructors. Toshihiro Aoyagi, 6th Dan has been invited to SHUWAKAI as KYAKU-IN SHIDOU-IN (a guest instructor) who practiced with Shuji Kitamura at KDD for many years.
Fumitaka Kobayashi (6th Dan）
In the year of 1994, he joined Aikido Club at KDD of his workplace and
practiced under supervision of Sugawara Shihan, Aikido Hombu.
From 1996 thru 2000, practised at Shousenji Dojyo, Toyonaka, Osaka under supervision of Shimamoto Shihan.
From 2000 upto now, he has been practicing in Tokyo Aikido Shuwakai and Aikido Hombu Dojyo.
He received 1st Dan in January 2001.
He was awarded 6th Dan in January 2023 at the ceremony in Hombu Kagamihiraki
(Keiko on the first day of the year at Hombu Dojyo).
Toshihiro Aoyagi (6th Dan）
He started Aikido in June, 1976 at then KDD Aikido club under the coach of Iwagaki sensei.
He was awarded fist Dan in September 1978. And then Waka sensei now Doushu Moriteru Ueshiba began teaching Aikido at then KDD Aikido club as a coach in August 1979 and Sugawara sensei, Hombu turned to be a coach for the club in 1991.
He became a member of then Kashiwa Aikido Federation now Kashiwa Aikikai in January 1997.
KDDI Aikido club started the joint Keiko with Aikido Shinbukan Tokyo Branch, now Tokyo Aikido Shuwakai in November 2002 where he has been coaching as a guest instructor.
He was awarded 6th Dan in January 2017 at the ceremony in Hombu Kagamihiraki
(Keiko on the first day of the year at Hombu Dojyo).
Takeo Matsuura (Associate Instructor 5th Dan）
He received the Keiko from Mr. Shimamoto Shihan at Senshouji Dojyo in Toyonaka, Osaka for 6 years. He was awared 1st Dan 2003. He received the Keiko from Kitamura Shihan at Tokyo Aikido Shinbukan from 2006 for 2 years and then has continued the Keiko at Tokyo Aikido Shuwakai and Aikido Honbu Dojyo until now.
He was awarded 5th Dan in January 2023 at the ceremony in Hombu Kagamihiraki
(Keiko on the first day of the year at Hombu Dojyo).
